Well here I am after my first Yoga session.
Was well informed that yoga is going to be fantastic for so many joints used or unused and to expect a bit of discomfort to start with. Well yes that does happen…I would consider myself to be fairly fit (kind of) but this is something else. Bearing in mind I’ve never done anything like it before, and yes I’m very determined to continue…. but my well concealed and probably hardly ever used ligaments and tendons have been kicked screaming unwillingly in the name of life balance and good health. It’s got to be good and I intend to persevere. Next instalment later this week.
